“It’s one thing not standing in my way,” I say, “it’s another embracing it.”

“Alexa,” he says lowly, “I would like to embrace this.”

I don’t understand him.

Buzz cuts in, “The other night in the forest, princess, when we were together the three of us, me and Ryan sharing you. We talked about it afterwards. It was …” He shakes his head with a grin.

“I’d like to do more.” Ryan adds. “To share you in other ways.”

“Oh,” I squeak, another shiver racing across my skin and spinning in my gut. “With Buzz?”

“With Cam and Bear, too.”

“Buzz?” I ask.

“I feel the same, baby. I haven’t got anything to add.”

We all look to Bear, the last to speak. He’s been quiet throughout this conversation, although his presence itself is so loud it cannot be ignored.

“I don’t know where the hell this is going; if it’s going to land us in a whole load of shit. If this fire inside you will consume us all. But, hey,” he shrugs, “you know that’s never stopped me. I’m here for the ride. And fuck if I haven’t been thinking about you riding my dick all fucking day. You’re something delicious, hot cheeks.”

“So … what have we decided here?” I ask.

“That we all want to fuck you, Omega.”

“I don’t want to cause trouble between you.”

“You won’t,” Ryan says. “But, like Cam said, is this going to cause trouble for you, Alexa?”

“I don’t want to think about that right now.”

“Are you sure?” he says.

I nod my head rapidly and he steps forward, stopping in front of me, and whispers. “This isn’t the usual way between alphas and omegas. People won’t like it. Your people especially.”

“I want this,” I say, hands fisting in his shirt. I’ve found what I want and I’m not letting it go. He kisses my mouth before stepping away.

“Then goodnight, princess.”

“Goodnight?”

He jerks his head, looking towards Buzz and both of them start to walk across the garden, leaving just the three of us, me, Cam and Bear, and suddenly my nerves return.

I’m not like those girls in the pub, experienced, confident. I don’t know what the hell I’m doing and I’m no seductress.

Am I really going to do this? Sleep with these men too?

I think of Simon’s words.

He said I was frigid. But if he knew about this … Well, he’d think the opposite. He’d call me a whore. Everybody would.

“Wait!” Cam calls to Ryan and Buzz and they halt, staring back at us with puzzlement. “There’s no hurry, Alexa,” Cam tells me as if reading my thoughts. “Just because we’ve come to this decision, doesn’t mean we have to rush into anything. We can take our time, right, Bear?”

Bear huffs a little, but then nods his head. “Yeah, whatever makes you comfortable, hot cheeks.”

“Slow is good,” I say, feeling them creep closer. “But nottooslow.”

Bear chuckles. “I doubt I have the self-restraint to gotooslow.” He leans in and I close my eyes, expecting his lips on mine. They land on my forehead instead. “We’ll see you in the morning.”

Now it’s Cam and Bear’s turn to cross the garden, slapping the other two alphas on their backs and saying something quietly that makes them both chuckle.

I rock back and forward on my toes. A mix of emotions spinning in my gut. Excitement, trepidation, rejection. But mostly desire. As my two alphas prowl towards me what I feel most is desire.
