“At breakfast. She’s eager to meet you since everyone talks about you. Then after that, on the way to the press conference I’d like to talk business,” I reply.

“You’re at your place?” He means my hotel. He should know better.

“Yes.” I would roll my eyes but he can’t see that either.

“Be there in an hour,” he says.

“Can’t wait. It’s been a while,” I reply.

“I know you miss all this sexiness.” He laughs, and I snort.

“You wish, Sebastian.”

“See you in a bit,” he says before hanging up.

He can be an arrogant asshole sometimes, but he has a good heart.

“Morning,” Briar says, rubbing her eyes as she comes out of the room.

“Morning, sweetheart. Aiden will be here in an hour for breakfast,” I kiss her lightly.

“I’ll go get ready,” she rushes back to the room as I head to the other side and bang on the doors to get everyone up.

I start the coffee as Remo comes walking in through the front door.

“Where you been?”

“Swimming. I hardly sleep in,” he says. I guess being a doctor, he hardly sleeps.

“Breakfast in an hour. When I’m at the weigh-in can you keep an eye on Briar?”

“Of course,” he slips into his room to shower and change.

I slip into the room and grab clothes, not wanting to disturb Briar or distract her. We don’t have time for hanky panky this morning. I use the hallway shower and slip on my dark colored jeans and button up. After the press conference I’ll throw on some sweats for the weigh-in. But I’m not putting a suit on for today. I’m pretty sure Aiden will be less casual than me. He gives zero fucks sometimes.

I go to the kitchen to have a cup of coffee while I wait on everyone when Briar joins me. She has on a white dress, tight but still tasteful. She looks ravishing in it.

“Easy,” she says, smirking at me.

“You look perfect and I’m ripping that dress off your body later,” I promise her.

“Promises, promises,” she says, taking a mug of coffee from me.

“Oh, just wait,” I warn her with a grin.

“Can’t wait,” she smiles at me, just as the others start pouring out of their rooms.

“Let’s go.” I lead the way to the door, hand in hand with my love.
