She regarded him closely before answering. “Yes. You know I do,” she answered, her voice full of urgency.

He grabbed a condom from the table and quickly put it on. He leaned down and kissed her hard. With his other hand he took his cock and teased her entrance. “You’re always ready for me. I love it.”

Cassandra’s eyes sparked with eagerness. “You make me feel that way.”

He shoved inside her to the hilt and fucked Cassandra like a beast. All his pent-up frustration unleashed as he claimed her. He wanted to mark her as his. He would fuck her so hard he’d imprint himself on her body forever so other men would know she belonged to him.

“Leo,” she screamed, her pussy clenching his cock as if she didn’t want him to ever stop fucking her.

He lifted her thigh and pushed deeper. He slowed his movements, relishing each push and pull of their shared bodies. “Mine. You’re mine,” he said, his voice a deep rumble. “Say it,” he demanded. He didn’t want this to end, but if it did, he needed to hear her say she was his. Nothing else mattered.

“I’m yours.” Her eyes widened with the realization of what those words meant.

He shivered. “And I’m yours,” he said with a long groan. He meant every word of it. No matter what happened next, in this moment, they belonged to each other. Their bodies and hearts were joined.

He picked the pace up again until she clenched so tight he couldn’t hold back any longer. After a few more strokes, his balls tightened, and he emptied himself into her, slowing his movements to draw out his release.

She followed him with her own orgasm. “Leo.” She offered his name as if it were a prayer.

He couldn’t walk away from her now. Leo nuzzled into her neck because he didn’t want her to see how much she affected him. Whoever he was when he met her, he’d transformed into someone different.

As their breathing calmed, he pulled out and peeled off the condom. Cassandra rolled onto her side, watching him with those wise, brown eyes. What was she thinking? She’d hinted they would need more than one night together, but he wasn’t sure judging from her cautious expression.

He wanted to lighten the melancholy mood and check in to find out if she’d changed her mind. “Maybe I’ll make a call and have enough food brought out here for a month. You won’t need clothes.” He kissed down the length of her body and looked up at her. “They’ll only get in my way.”

Cassandra stroked his beard, her eyes drifting over his face. “I wish I could, but I can’t,” she said with sadness.

His stomach plummeted. She was leaving him. It wasn’t what he wanted, but he would have to let her go.

“I can’t either, to be honest.” He let out a huge breath of disappointment. The bond they shared had been mutual, but it would end soon. “Come on.” He took her by the hand. “I’ll make some coffee. We need to talk.”

Cassandra took a sip of coffee. She curled up in a chair and pushed her hair over one shoulder, the ends lifting in the morning breeze. She wore his shirt, which was a small concession to make. Because if it wasn’t him against her skin, he could enjoy the fact she was surrounded with his scent. It made the male lion inside him very possessive.

“Time for the big reveal. You are Leonard, more commonly known as Leo. What’s your last name?”

He took a deep breath. This was the moment where everything would change. Not for him, but for Cassandra. “My last name is Sutton.” She had no reaction to his last name, which was interesting. “I was born and educated in the States, attended college in England, and I live in London and New York. I’m in construction.”

With a brilliant smile, Cassandra extended her hand to him. “Nice to meet you, Leo Sutton.”

Leo sat stunned. She didn’t recognize his name. It meant Cassandra wasn’t attracted to Leo Sutton, the celebrity of social media; she was attracted to the Leo Sutton who no one knew. Maybe this could work after all. He’d have to concentrate on getting control of his father’s company first but afterward? He and Cassandra might find a way to be together.

“What’s the matter?” She giggled, taking his hand and shaking it. “You’re staring at me like I’m supposed to know who you are. Are you famous? I’m out of touch with social media and popular culture stuff.”

Leo’s heart soared. He leaned in and gave her a gentle kiss. “Meeting you has been the most magical experience of my life.” Leo brushed her cheek with his fingers.

“I feel the same way,” she said with a nod, smiling at him. “It’s like I’m living in a wonderful fantasy.”

He drew her onto his lap and kissed her, burying his hands in her hair. She was his, and he didn’t have to let her go.

“So, I have a question.” She looked up at him. “You said you were in construction. Do you build houses, shopping malls, or grocery stores?”

“My family is known for building big projects. Luxury condos, hotels for the super-rich, that kind of stuff.”

She blinked a few times and gave him a shy smile. “Would you be offended if I told you I’ve never heard of you?”

Leo leaned in and cupped her face. “No. In fact, I’m thrilled you’ve never heard of Leo Sutton.”

Cassandra kissed him. “Leo Sutton will never compete with Eros.”
