“A date? Like they do in the human world?” She tilts her head and giggles.

“Yes, a date, like we do in our world, too.” I press my nose into hers. “There’s a brand-new fancy steakhouse that just opened and then we can dance the night away at the new salsa dance club. We’ll get those hips moving.” I place my hands on her hips and move them from side to side.

“Sounds like fun,” she giggles.

“Thank you,” I whisper, putting my forehead on hers.

“For what?” She nudges her nose into mine.
