“Hello,” I hear Lucas say on the phone.

“I’m going to find that jerk face,” says Rachel as she continues stalking away from me.

“No,” I say while grabbing her hand and whirling her around. “You should get to work.”

 “What’s going on?” Lucas asks.

I groan as Rachel’s gaze on me darkens.

“I need to find him,” she says. “Let me help you. I won’t be able to focus at work anyway.”

“Seth!” Lucas shouts. “Why are you calling me? Why is Rachel talking about finding someone?”

I pinch the bridge of my nose. “Hunter is missing. His dad just called. Is there any way you can help us look for him?”

“Yeah, of course,” I hear Lucas say. “I’ll call you if I find him.”

“Perfect.” I hang up and turn my attentions back to Rachel. “Alright, you can help. But don’t expect anything good.” I grimace while following Rachel, knowing that finding Hunter will be the easy part.

I have no clue what to do with what comes after.
