Page 250 of One More Kiss

He pulled her to him again for another scorching kiss before releasing her and helping her off the counter.

“So you’ve been hiding that from me.” Bailey tugged her skirt back down.

“I tried damn hard to show you before.”

“I suppose that’s true.”

They stared at each other until a throat cleared, and they turned in tandem to see Sara standing just inside the kitchen. “So, what do you think?”

Simon’s attention focused back on Bailey. “I love it.”

Sara clapped her hands. “Wonderful! We’ll put the offer together this afternoon!” She left the room just as quickly as she’d come in.

“Lunch?” Simon asked Bailey, and she nodded.

Shit, shit, shit! What have I just done?Bailey wondered as she followed Simon’s motorcycle back into the city. Experienced the kiss of my life, she answered herself.

Wasn’t that a sign she was losing her mind? The answering herself? Or had she already lost it? Hell, Simon had kissed her senseless in a matter of seconds, and now she was headed to eat a lunch that would surely include ‘the talk.’

“Dammit, Bailey,” she murmured. Simon was the type of man she’d tried to avoid her entire life. He was the kind who started with sex and ended in a relationship. Hell, maybe even marriage and she had zero interest in taking that plunge.

Nope, he would have to settle for just sex. Mind-blowing, magnificent, O-face-inducing sex.

He surprised her by pulling into their apartment complex and parking. One look at him climbing off his bike had her knees turning to jelly. All that man and he was about to be all over her.

Hell of a way to spend an afternoon.

“I thought we could order in,” he offered when she climbed out of the car.

“I like the way you think.”

They made their way to the elevator in silence, but the second they closed the door to their apartment behind them, she was all over him.

Simon pressed her back against the door, and Bailey wrapped her legs around his waist. His hardness was pressed against where she wanted him, and he carried her into her room.

“Damn, Bailey.” He pulled away long enough to run his hands up her tan legs. “Do you have any idea how many times I’ve dreamed of this?” He leaned forward and pressed a kiss to the inside of her ankle as he removed her shoes. “How many times I’ve imagined running my hands over your body?”

When she started to unbutton her skirt, he pinned her hands above her head with one of his own and flicked it open to reveal more tan skin.

“I want to go slow.”

“Okay,” she whispered, and he released her arms.

She stayed put as he went to work on the buttons of her shirt. Each one exposed more of her and left her body feeling more aroused than she’d ever been before.

She watched with heavy eyes as he leaned back on his knees and pulled her skirt down.

“Fuck.” One look at the black lace panties and he abandoned all hope of taking things slow. Who the hell were they kidding? They’d been taking things slow for months now.

“You,” she demanded and removed the rest of her shirt.

She laid back, completely naked, and watched with hunger as he moved forward.

“Wait. Condom?” Simon asked breathlessly.

“Got one.” She pulled open the drawer of her nightstand and tossed one at him.

“Simon.” She arched up into him, and he covered her body with his. She gripped his biceps as he drove into her, pressing every delicious inch into her ready body.

“You’re amazing, Bailey.”He groaned and sent them both into pure bliss.
