"Are you trying to turn me on?" he said in a deep husky voice and I laughed.

I heard footsteps, and then he leaned down and pressed his lips against mine. I kissed him back eagerly, loving the feel of him against me.

"Now, wait. I'm not done yet."

"This better be good, Oliver," I said.

"It will be. Trust me," he said. He stepped back and the next song that played was Eminem. I started laughing.

"This is so romantic."

"Hey, I just was playing some music," he said. "Don't worry. It will get better."

"I sure hope so because listening to Eminem try to rap is not my idea of romance." He chuckled then.

"Okay. I'm nearly done."

"So I can take the blindfold off?"

"No, Rosalie."

He started laughing. The music stopped, and my breathing stopped, too. I was feeling slightly nervous. I bit down on my lower lip. I had no idea what he was doing. I trusted him. I knew he wasn't going to kill me, but what if he was setting up some sort of dungeon, or some sort of sex swing? I mean, I was adventurous and I didn't mind trying new things, but I hadn't even had sex yet. I didn't know that I wanted my first time to be on a sex swing or something crazy.

"Okay, Rosalie." I felt his hands on mine and he pulled me up.

"Can I take it off now?"

"I'll take it off," he said, and then he took off my blindfold.

I blinked and looked out around the room and gasped. There were at least fifty different candles lit up. Their lights flickered across the room. I stared in surprise and then looked into his face.

"Did you like it?" he said.

"Wow, it's really beautiful," I said. And then, I noticed the rose petals all over the bed.

"You got roses?"

"I did." He nodded.

"But how? When?"

"I have a phone." He laughed. "I got them delivered."

"That's who was at the door?"

"Yeah. Actually, two delivery men came at the same time. Got the candles, the lighter, the rose petals, and a bottle of champagne." He nodded toward the side table.

"Wow.,You did all this for me?"

"It's your first time," he said softly. "I wanted it to be special. I want you to remember it."

"I didn't think you were so romantic, Oliver."

"I'm not, but I know you and I know you live for romance, and well, I wanted to give that to you tonight. And..." he said.

"Yeah?" I gazed at him, just wanting to pull him close to me so I could kiss him.

"Before anything happens..."
