Page 89 of Made for Cyn

“Fuck off,” Cyn snarls, looking at me with dark eyes before saying, “I’m not kidding. Try me and see what happens.”

With that, he blows from the room, and we stare after him, stunned, before Iris says quietly, “What just happened?”

“You fucking lied. That’s what happened,” Bastion growls and I shiver. Iris must be made of fucking stone to ignore this dude.

She sighs and stares at her nails, but I can see the tension in her stiff as fuck spine as she says casually, “So what?”

“You’re messing with my bro and his chick,” he growls, and I open my mouth to argue, but he puts his hand in my face. “You need to fucking back off before I lose my shit.”

Iris drops her calm facade and stands so abruptly, I cringe. “Yeah, well, you’re using my cousin to get info on me. How do you think she’s going to feel when he drops her as soon as he finds out whatever he’s looking for?” she says, smashing her hands on her hips.

Bastion’s brows slam over his eyes and he says coldly, “Cyn didn’t need Rain to get info on you. He made that shit up.”

“What?” I gasp. “Why?”

“Because,” Jig says quietly, “he wanted you.”

“Then why didn’t he just ask me out?” I ask no one in particular, glancing between Iris and Bastion as they glare daggers at each other.

“Because dicks like Cyn don’t date,” she sneers. “And if you believe that, you’re . . .”

“What? Stupid?”

Dropping her gaze, she says, rudely, “Whatever. Can we go now? Before stepdaddy, dearest locks me in my room for the rest of my life?”

“No,” Cyn says coldly, stepping back into the room. “Not until you tell me why you were in the Burg.”

“I was fucking Saul.” She shrugs, smiling viciously at me. “Why? Are you jealous?”

“Iris,” Jig growls, but Cyn just chuckles, and the sinister sound brings me back to him with wide eyes.

“I don’t know what your game is, Iris. But know this, if you come between me and mine, you’ll regret it,” Cyn says quietly.

Iris studies him carefully before nodding, and I glance between them with a twist in my stomach because Iris seems bent on hurting me. What if she mentions what happened with Saul? Does it matter?

I can’t even entertain being with him. Everything is too fucked up now. It’s too late for me, for him, for all of us because we’re about to commit the ultimate sin, and these guys don’t even realize it.

“Now,” Cyn says, “why are you messing with Saul? You know this is bad news for us, Iris.”

“Am I supposed to care? You dropped me. Besides, he has a big dick.”

Bastion chokes behind Iris, and I drop my gaze because I’ve been far too close to that dick one too many times.

Cyn grabs my chin, his eyes like fire, and he examines me far too closely for my comfort. “Did you fuck him, too?”

My stomach clenches, sweat forming in my pits as I stare at him wide eyed. “Not that it’s any of your business, but no.”

“Beauty,” he growls.

“No,” I say, breaking away. “For the sake of argument, let’s say we’re together, even though I’m not sure you know the meaning of the word. Unless you want me to ride your ass about every girl you fucked since me, then you best let this go.”

“You fucked him? When?” Iris gasps.

I glance at her in frustration but swing back around at her shocked expression. Why is this such big news? Because I’m no longer a virgin? Fuck me.

“Let’s go,” Cyn says grimly, grabbing my hand and pulling me toward the car with a snarl.

Between everything, my mind is spinning, but it all falls away when Cyn turns me toward him and wraps his arms around my waist. “If you want to ride my ass about every girl I’ve fucked, then do it, but I will find out if you fucked someone.”
