I’m pantinginto his neck, and my heart is thumping hard.I can’t believe I came that fast.

“You’re beautiful. I’m going to take care of you all night.” Jamison kisses my head, holding me tightly.

All night.I’ve never had a one-night stand. I can hear my mother’s voice in my head saying, “Don’t be easy, or you’ll never be anything more to a man than sex.”

But it’s not like I even live in the same city as this guy, so maybe this is the perfect time for it to be just sex.

Jamison is stroking my hair, and I slowly pull out of his neck. He kisses me then pushes his forehead to mine. “I want to take you to my bed. Can I do that?”

I don’t answer, and he quickly says, “You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to.”

Somehow, I find a bit of courage in me. “What do you want to do to me in your bed?”

“Everything. But only if you want it.” He pauses and then says, “Do you want it?”

“Yes,” my hoarse voice fills the air.

His lips turn upward. He kisses me then kicks the ottoman out of the way. In a swift move, he stands up with me in his arms and continues to kiss me while carrying me to his bedroom.

Within seconds, he removes my T-shirt and bra then takes off his shirt, revealing his torso full of muscle and well-defined pecs and arms. I swallow hard. Months of trying to remember what he looked like on stage through a FaceTime video didn’t prepare me for his in-person perfection.

Like a magnet, I reach out for him, fondling his warm skin, trailing my fingers over his ab muscles.

He traces my areola as my nipple hardens and puckers.

“I guess it’s my lucky night that there are only douchebags in Chicago.”

“I never asked you if you have a girlfriend.”

“No girlfriend. No one special.”

I cup his face. I don’t know why I tell him this, but I say, “I’ve never done this before with someone I just met.”

“We can stop at any time. You can stay in my bed all night, and we don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to.”

“No. I’m okay.”

“All right. You tell me at any point to stop, and don’t feel bad about it. I don’t want you to regret anything tomorrow.”

I pull him close, loving the way my bare skin merges into his warm flesh. Our lips fit together so easily, it’s like they were created to do so. The flutters I’ve felt all day around him are the strongest they’ve been, as his kisses light up my every cell.

Desire surges through me. No one has ever kissed me like Jamison. It’s as if his lips are worshiping me, staking a claim on me, and ruining me all at the same time.

Any man I kiss from this point forward, I will compare to him. There’s no way they can even compete.

“I could kiss you all night,” he murmurs against my lips.

“I could kiss you all night,” I repeat.

“I love your lips, but I want to kiss you everywhere.” He brushes my hair back. I shudder slightly as his lips move across my jaw to my earlobe. “Any man who’s let you slip by is a fool,” he murmurs in my ear before moving lower onto my neck.

Fireworks burst in all my nerves as his lips brush my collarbone and down to my breasts, licking and sucking me so expertly, I quickly moan. I grasp his hair and kiss his head. My breath rises and falls rapidly.

He moves lower, kissing my stomach then licking my belly button.
