“Oh God...oh God...oh God,” I cry out as I continue to have so much adrenaline fly through my body, I see white.

“That’s it,” he growls.

Dizziness overpowers me, and I collapse against his chest, no longer able to hold myself up, vibrating against him.

With one more downward thrust of my hips, he pumps his seed hard in me.

He wraps his arms around me, stroking my back as our chests heave against the other.

The car has stopped, but I didn’t notice when.

“I’m going to have to shower before we go out now.” He grins at me.

“I think I need one, too.”

“It’s a good thing I made a later reservation, then.” He wiggles his eyebrows.

I kiss him and slide to the side of him. We clean ourselves off and get dressed good enough to run into my apartment. He steps out of the car and pulls me out, into his chest, then kisses me.

Everything is perfect until we turn. My brother is standing on the top of my stairs, with his arms folded against his chest, glaring down at us.

“Crap,” I mumble. My stomach twists.

“What’s wrong?”

“That’s my brother.”

Jamison pulls me tighter to him. “Then introduce me.”

His tie is off and shirt only half-buttoned, he’s holding his blazer, and he has a freshly fucked look. We both smell like sex. I’m not sure how long we sat on the curb parked, but my guess is that the car was rocking and who knows how loud we were.

My brother is giving Jamison the death stare, and my gut is flipping.

Why is he here?

Jamison is walking toward my brother and leading me with him. I want to crawl in a hole.

My brother comes down the steps and meets us at the bottom.

“Steven, what are you doing here?”

His eyes are slits. “I came to apologize and make nice, but I see I’ve interrupted.”

Jamison holds his hand out. “I’m Jamison. Nice to meet you.”

Steven looks him up and down and ignores him. Turning back to me, he says, “I’ll talk to you later, Quinn.” He starts to walk away.

“Steven!” I snap.

He stops walking and slowly turns.

“You’re being really rude right now. I haven’t done anything wrong.”

“Haven’t you?” he bites back.

Jamison steps in front of me. “No, she hasn’t.”

Anger flares through Steven’s face and he says through clenched teeth, “Listen, man, you’re lucky I don’t drop you to the ground right now. The only reason I’m not is that my sister is standing here.”
