"Ha ha. Happy wife, happy life."
When I finish the call, I walk to Hilton's office and knock on the door. He instructs me to open it, then issues me a curt nod when I step inside and shut the door behind me.
"What's up, Daniel?"
Before I speak, I take a moment to stare into his eyes. Oh... my God, he's gorgeous. He's like Armie Hammer but not a cannibal.
Oh fuck, would I even care if he was a cannibal? Nah.
This is the man who helped me break out of my shell. Become a new person. He could eat me with fava beans like Hannibal Lector if he wanted.
"I regained the Brock account." It's tough resisting the urge to beam.
Hilton's jaw drops. "You're joking."
"Nope. I talked about sports and went for the close. He gave me permission to start his plan up again."
All at once, Hilton pops up to his feet. He charges toward me, then grabs my chin.
"You... regained his account?"
"I sure did." I stare into Hilton's perfect eyes, my heart slamming in my chest. "We're also going to a Giants game. He has season tickets."
Hilton's hazel irises spark with intensity.
He licks his lips and drags his thumb across my cheek.
He slams his lips on mine.
Hilton
I pitch forward and slam my lips on Daniel's.
The kiss is transformative. Awe-inspiring. Life-changing.
A million amazing sensations charge my chest and light me up like a Christmas tree.
I swirl my tongue around Daniel's mouth, swishing it between his teeth. I swipe it over his gums, lower lip, tasting his succulent boy mouth. I'm breaking every workplace rule, but I don't give a fuck.
Hell, I couldn't control myself around this boy the second I laid eyes on him. There's something special about him, so unique and one-of-a-kind. Every particle of me wants to align with every particle of him.
Catching a breath, I lean back and stare into his eyes. "I hope you don't mind that I kissed you."
"I could sue you right now for sexual harassment."
"I'd rather you didn't. That'd be quite a problem for me."
Daniel swoons into my body. "Do you… feel this, too?"
Tilting his chin up, I peer into his blue irises. A new universe full of stunning sapphire makes itself known to me, speaking to the depths of my being. His pupils widen, allowing me to peer past their glossy exterior and penetrate his soul.
That's what I'm staring at—this angel's soul. Pure. Sweet. True. I'm so proud of him for regaining Brent's account, and I know it only happened because he's a genuine angel inside.
"I do." A low growl claws out of my lips as I swirl my tongue against his upper lip. "That's why I kissed you."
Daniel allows me to grip his ass. "You changed me. I never would've closed that deal if not for you."
I knead his perfect ass. "Did our session help?"
