Ariana spun to face him. “What in the world are you doing? You can’t come in here, for God’s sake. It’s the women’s room.”
He looked around nonchalantly. “This is a hell of a lot nicer than the guy’s bathroom.”
Ariana dropped the towel into the basket and crossed her arms over her chest. “It’s because women are more civilized. Xavier, what do you want?”
He casually leaned back against the wall opposite her. “I want to know why you’re following me.”
Her mouth dropped open. “I’m what?” Her voice had risen, and she was struggling to keep it down.
“Why are you following me?” he asked.
He had to be kidding, right? There was no way she could have known where he’d be. So, what was he playing at? Was he just teasing or trying to get her attention? “I could ask you the same question. We had these reservations since this morning.”
One of his brows rose. “My assistant made mine yesterday.”
She growled in frustration. “Listen, I’m not following you or trying to harass you. You’re the one that came into the ladies’ room.” She took a few steps toward him and poked him in the chest with her finger. “So, listen up, buster. How about we work harder to stay away from each other, and if we do cross paths in public again, we’ll ignore one another.”
He glanced down at her fingers before he smirked. “I don’t know. Can you do that?”
“You egotistical butthead.”
He yanked her against his chest. “Settle down. I just followed you in here because I needed one more.”
“One more what?”
Instead of answering, his head dipped, and he kissed her. Instead of the fierce needy one like the night before, this time it was slow, hot, and demanding but no less catastrophic for her senses.
Her arms crept up around his shoulders, and her head tilted to give him better access. She was vaguely aware of him spreading his legs and bringing her tighter against his body.
The kiss went on, making her cunt pulse and secrete her cream, wetting her inner thighs, and her nipples peaked into hard little balls that she rubbed against his chest, making them both moan. Ariana had no idea how long his attack on her senses lasted and was interrupted with the door opening.
“Oh, for goodness’ sake. This is not the place for this. You young people have no respect anymore.”
She stared at the old lady with white hair scowling at them. It took a second to realize what was happening, and when she did, she gasped, scowled up at Xavier, and pushed against him.
“I can’t believe you would do that,” Ariana hissed at him as she adjusted her clothes. She took a step back when he straightened to his full height.
“We’re going, ma’am,” he said to the lady as he glared down at her.
“Good. I have to use the … facilities.”
Ariana scrambled out of the bathroom, but he caught her arm and stopped her in the hallway. She couldn’t believe they were caught making out. She never did things like this.
“What?” she snapped.
“Nothing. I just wanted to tell you I got what I needed, so you won’t hear from me again.”
Her breath caught in her throat. Why in the world did it hurt so much? She exhaled, nodded, and turned her head away. “Fine. Have a good day.”
She felt the tension in him as she walked away. It wasn’t her problem. She’d never see him again, so she didn’t have to worry about feeling this way.
“What happened?” Macy asked.
“Oh, God, do I look that bad?”
“No. Not really,” Kelly said. “It’s just you went into the bathroom calm, every hair in place, but now your lips look swollen, your hair is a bit messed up, you’re flush, and you look ready to snap.”
Oh, shit. “I’ll tell you guys everything. But not here. Okay?”
