"Listen, it's clear to me and probably to you as well that you and Luca are over. It's also clear to me that you and Deniz might just be a good match, but before you can start anything real you need to make a decision. You can't keep skipping from one to the other."

"I don’t think I’ve being doing that, but okay."

“Fine, maybe not intentionally, but you really do need to get it sorted out.”

“I wholeheartedly agree.”

"And?"

"And I think I should probably talk to Luca first before I make anything public." I nod knowingly. "You know what I'm talking about don’t you, Mama Bear?"

"Stop calling me that." Ginny's cheeks flare up again, and she smiles. "You also need to talk to Deniz as well."

I moan, mostly to myself. "He makes me completely crazy."

"The best ones usually do."

"I detest him most of the time."

"Detest?" At the sound of Deniz's voice my heart skips and I roll over to find him smirking at us from the door. "You know, I came in here because my niece says you are both teasing her. But now I realise you must be talking about me."

Ginny puts her hand over her face again. “Tattle tale.”

"If the shoe fits..."

"Which part of me do you detest, exactly?"

How does he turn every conversation into an innuendo?

"All of you."

He laughs mischievously before flashing that smile that makes me weak at the knees at me. Inwardly I moan.

My resolve is crumbling.

Damn him!

"I have it on excellent authority that it's impossible to hate me."

"Whoever told you that is clearly a moron."

Ginny now puts her hand in the air. "That moron would be me."

"Why would you say that?" I glare at Ginny before turning to Deniz. "And why are you smirking?"

"I'm not smirking."

"Yes you are." I poke Ginny in the arm. "Did you see that? It was a smirk."

His smirk becomes a grin as he leans against the door. "Well, you're wrong."

"I'm not wrong."

"She's not wrong."

Deniz shakes his head at Ginny. "You're ganging up on me now?"

Ginny shrugs. "Frankly, Aydin and I have had enough being the middle man... middle men... in this little feud you’ve got going. You're both acting likeaptallar."
