I scanned her body. “If you’re too sore for this, we can stop.”
Rachel shook her head as she propped herself up on her elbows. She smiled as I tugged my clothes off, freeing my cock that bobbed against my belly hard and ready. Gripping her leggings, I pulled them down to strip her bare. Rachel fumbled with her shirt as she slipped it over her head and threw it to the floor.
We didn’t need words at that moment. Our bodies fit perfectly together as I slid into her warmth. Every stroke of my hips seemed to edge us both closer and closer to the promise land. Her slick hole pulsed with an energy, wrapping my cock in a blanket of pure heaven. Our moans filled the tiny room inside the plane, allowing me to lose myself in her. Her cries drove me wild as her nails raked down my spine. I was drowning in her depths, knowing nothing would ever save me from the heartache if she walked away.
In this moment, I knew my heart had claimed her and Michael. And even though the world outside was threatening to tear everything down, I wanted nothing more than to keep her forever.
Her body bucked against mine in a steady rhythm. “Antonio.” Her breathy whisper was my undoing. She cried out as I pounded into her womb, driving my cock to places even she didn’t know existed. Time seemed to stand still as her walls locked down and gripped my shaft. My vision blurred and my heart thudded with a fury of emotions as I lost control, tumbling into the abyss right alongside her. With every shudder of her body, my essence spilled into her, filling her to the brim. The warmth of my seed seeping out where our bodies joined brought me back to the reality of what we had just done.
“Rachel, baby… I forgot to use a condom.”
She cupped my cheek with such tenderness and smiled. “I’m on the pill and I haven’t been with anyone but the two of you. Plus… this isn't the first time we've forgotten about one. It’s okay, Antonio. I enjoy feeling you and Michael inside me, skin on skin.”
I searched her face for regret. "I didn't realize—" I stammered for words, shocked this wasn't the first time I'd lost myself completely in the moment.
The pilot came over the intercom, announcing our descent into London, interrupting any more conversation about what we'd shared.
“We should get cleaned up.” I pressed a kiss to Rachel’s head. “We need to get seated and buckle up for landing. Come on, let me help you.”
I held out my hand and tugged her to her feet. Seeing the remnants of our lovemaking dripping down her leg made me feel possessive of her. It was evidence that Rachel was really mine. After helping her get dressed and sharing a few more kisses, we found ourselves seated in the galley.
She stared out the window, watching the skyline meet the ground as we landed. As I suspected, we didn’t remain grounded for long. Rachel leaned her head against me and closed her eyes. We should have crawled back to the bed, but exhaustion had plagued us both and my eyes drifted shut as well. I thought of Michael as the remaining tendrils of alertness faded into the dark.
When this was over… I would make them both mine.

Antonio
One week. That’s how long Rachel and I'd been in Italy. We spent the days exploring the countryside, trying to distract ourselves from the guilt that plagued us over leaving Vegas—more specifically Michael.
Nothing had changed in Vincenzo’s condition, and I was going stir crazy with worry. The longer he remained unconscious, the lower his chances at recovering became. Dmitri hadn't made any new moves, making his silence worrisome. The media had classified Rachel as a missing person, saying her the residence had been such a loss they still hadn't recovered her body. Her boss, Mike Donovan, had yet to come out of hiding either and the case against Riley was stalled because of it. The FBI turned their attention to the Prizrak and seemed to have forgotten about my family for the time being.
Rachel pressed her lips to my neck and wrapped her arms around my waist. “What are you thinking?”
“I hate my brother is still not awake. I hate that you've gotta stay missing. I hate my sister-in-law might have those babies alone. But most of all… I hate not having Michael here.”
“I hate it too, but this will be over soon. Maybe it’s time we go back.”
“No.” I turned to face her. “It isn’t safe yet. I can’t stand that my brother is lying unconscious, or that we're separated from Michael. But if something were to happen to you—I wouldn’t come back from that.”
I held her against my chest and pressed my lips to her head. The last few days had been a whirlwind of emotions. I missed Michael more than I admitted to her, but she knew. Rachel had learned to read my emotions better than my family. She was almost as in tune with me better than Michael was.
“I miss Michael.” Rachel murmured, startling me from my thoughts.
We face timed with him every day, sometimes more than once, but it wasn’t enough. “When this is all over, we’ll take a vacation.”
“I know.” Rachel kicked at the sand as we walked along the edge of the shore. She stopped and covered her mouth. “I’m going to be sick.” She dropped my hand and turned toward the water. Her body shook as she heaved the contents of her stomach into the sea.
I rubbed her back, trying to provide her with some comfort. “Are you okay?”
“I think I ate something bad. Can we go home?”
“Yeah.” I took her hand and led her back to the car. After helping her into the passenger seat, I climbed in and started the engine. I couldn’t help staring at her as I eased the car onto the road. “You want me to call the family doctor? He can meet us at the house.”
“No. I think I just need to lie down.” She rested her head against the cool glass and closed her eyes.
“If you still feel bad after a nap, I’m calling him, anyway.”
