Dei cupped his cheek. “You don’t need to convince me how you feel. I already know.”

Felix bowed his head and took a slow breath. “I just don’t want you to think I’m in this any less than you are.”

“I don’t,” Dei murmured. “Things are gettin’ real complicated in my life right now, and I thought it would best for us if I did it alone. But it didn’t take me long to realize that’s not what I want. I need you, baby.”

Felix felt suddenly restless, like being side by side with Dei was far too much space. He shifted his body around and slid a hand over Dei’s thigh. “Can I?”

“What, sweet thing? What do you want?”

Felix didn’t answer him with words. He shifted up onto his knees, and at the sight of Dei’s damn near feral grin, he straddled him and shifted as close as he could. Dei’s hand immediately moved to his hip, where he squeezed and tugged Felix forward.

“God, sweetheart,” Dei murmured. “You are somethin’ else.”

Felix went hot all over, then felt a rush of emotion because for a short while, he thought maybe he’d never hear Dei call him that again. He bowed his head until their foreheads were resting together. “I’m sorry I lost faith.”

“I’m sorry I didn’t give you reason to believe,” Dei shot back. His arm moved around Felix’s waist, and he tipped his head up, kissing him softly, deeply, slowly.

Felix immediately lost himself in the slow, push-pull dance of Dei’s mouth, his tongue heavy and wet and dominating as it licked against Felix’s. His entire body was hot with need, and as he began to harden, he rocked against Dei.

“Yeah. Fuck,” Dei groaned. “I’m okay if you’re not ready, but darlin’…”

“I’m ready. I need it. I need you,” Felix all but begged as he rocked his hips. Dei held him tighter, catching his moan with another kiss.

Felix let Dei take the lead because he needed him to. He needed to let someone else take control. He wanted to be beneath Dei—to be taken apart with careful fingers and biting kisses and a massive, warm body pinning him to the sheets, dragging his orgasm out of him like Felix owed Dei every ounce of pleasure.

“How do you want me?” Dei asked.

Felix took in a shuddering breath before letting one hand drift between them. The heel of his palm felt for the hard nub, and he rubbed it the second Dei’s breath caught in his chest. “Anything,” Felix told him. “Just need to feel you. I want to be good for you.”

Dei’s eyes were dark, his pupil swallowing up his iris. “Undress,” he ordered. “Then lay on your stomach.”

Felix’s limbs felt loose and lazy as he rolled away, his feet hitting the floor. Dei’s gaze on him was almost like a physical touch as he stripped away his clothes, letting each piece fall beside the nightstand. He was on display, and it made him feel strange and a little too seen, but he also never wanted it to stop.

“Come here,” Dei ordered.

Felix shuffled closer, stopping right at the end of the mattress. Dei’s fingers pressed to his sternum, drawing a line down to his hard cock jutting out from his nest of dark hair. Dei stared at it, then grabbed him and squeezed, rubbing his thumb over his hole.

“This for me, baby?”

A single tremble moved through Felix, and he nodded. “Yeah.”

“Mm. So fucking good for me. You have no idea what it does to me watching you respond like this.” Dei let him go, then reached between Felix’s legs and gave his balls a gentle pat. Felix twitched. Hard. Fuck, he hadn’t realized having his balls lightly smacked would feel good. Dei’s expression darkened. “Like that?”

Felix whimpered, unable to form words, but his legs spread just a little, and Dei’s hand pulled back, slapping him again—a little harder this time. Felix grunted and moved, almost like he was trying to chase the light sting.

Dei let out a shaking breath, then dropped his leg off the side of the bed and pointed to the space beside him. “Face down.”

Felix crawled, his entire body lit up like every nerve ending was being electrocuted. The bed felt too hard, the comforter too soft. The fabric was oddly rough against his skin, and he wasn’t sure he’d be able to handle lying there, but Dei was relentless.

He pressed his hand to the small of Felix’s back, forcing his hard dick to rub against the cotton. Felix shifted his hips, and Dei groaned.

“Look at you,” he murmured. “Horny and needy for me. Can’t even keep still, can you?”

Felix knew he probably looked like a fucking cat in heat, the way he was humping the mattress, but he couldn’t help himself. He needed to take the edge off whatever the feeling was crawling through his limbs. “Not enough,” he managed to say.

Dei hummed in thought, and then his nails dug into Felix’s hip, and suddenly, the world was right again. “Thought so,” Dei whispered as he leaned in. His teeth grazed the top of Felix’s shoulder. “I ain’t gonna hurt you tonight, but at some point, we’re gonna talk about this because I wouldn’t hate it if you let me paint your ass red with my hand.”

Felix’s breath left him in a rush at the thought, and his hips began to move faster until Dei’s firm grip stopped him.
