I smiled. It was short and to the point, but Harrison didn’t need many words. He showed us how much he loved us every single day. I squeezed his hand, then squeezed Jasper’s with my other. I had to clear the emotion from my throat, but managed to find my voice to speak to Jasper. “Until I met you, I thought love wasn’t something I’d find again. You quickly proved me wrong. Andrew and I shared a lot of firsts, but the three of us get to share forevers and that is something I wouldn’t change for the world.” I guess I didn’t need many words either.

Harrison held the ring out, and together we slipped it onto Jasper’s finger. When Jasper’s blue eyes met mine, they were sparkling with unshed tears, but he was absolutely beautiful.

I felt myself grinning as I pulled Harrison’s ring from my pocket. The sunlight caught the orange inside the band and, while it wasn’t a color I’d have picked myself, it matched Harrison’s personality perfectly: vibrant and welcoming.

“Beautiful, had someone told me I’d not only find one man in Oklahoma but two, I’d have laughed them out of California. But as I got to know you and saw you with Jasper, I knew that what Jasper and I had wasn’t two halves of a whole. We were pieces of the same puzzle, but we were only two pieces, not the whole picture. We were missing a very important piece that made us whole. You are that piece. We wouldn’t be the people we are without you, and I’m looking forward to growing old with you.”

Jasper failed to stifle a small laugh. “Older,” he corrected and waited for the group to stop laughing before he continued. “Growing up, you were always my brother’s shadow. I heard guys at school complain that they hated their brothers and their brothers’ friends following them around everywhere. I never felt that way with you. It took me until you were gone to realize that you weren’t a bother because you were part of me. I couldn’t have described why that was until you moved back here, and I felt that peace again, like I was put back together after years of being adrift. You’ve always been a part of me, and with you in my life, I’m a better person. I can’t put into words how much I’m looking forward to spending the rest of my life with you.” He looked over at me and smiled. “Both of you.”

When Jasper spoke, I always listened. At first it had been because I didn’t think anyone else did, but over time it had been because I’d learned that what Jasper said was every bit as important as what he didn’t say. Listening to him say vows to Harrison and me had been beautiful, and for once I didn’t pick up on anything he hadn’t said. He’d told us both exactly how he felt, and it was perfect. So I was just going to keep smiling through the tears in my eyes as I helped Jasper push Harrison’s ring on his finger.

I’d almost forgotten anyone else was there until Derek’s voice broke our moment. “Okay, that was way more sentimental than I’d expected.” He swiped at a tear on his cheek. “With that, unless someone has an objection—and if you do, I’m gonna personally kick your ass—I pronounce you husbands! You may kiss… however that works with the three of you.”

“Oh my god, Derek, shut up,” Jasper said on a laugh before he leaned in and kissed my lips. It was sweet and mostly chaste, but he poured everything of himself into the kiss. Harrison’s fingers entwined with mine and he squeezed my hands while he pressed his forehead against the side of my head.

Jasper pulled back, lust-filled eyes blown wide, and gave me a smile that made him look half-drunk. “I love you, so fucking much.”

“Love you too,” I whispered as I watched Jasper turn his head and capture Harrison’s lips. For our family around us, it was a beautiful wedding kiss but watching them definitely had my dick thickening in my jeans. Listening to them whisper “I love you’s” to one another had my heart fluttering in my chest. The love I felt for them was nearly painful.

Then Harrison turned his head and pressed his lips against mine. I opened automatically, allowing his tongue entrance. It didn’t get any deeper than his tongue dancing against mine, but as he stepped closer, his body flush with mine, I couldn’t miss the way his erection pushed against me. It wasn’t going to help get my own arousal under control, but I couldn’t deny that it was hot.

Jasper whimpered. “How soon can we get the hell out of here? It totally isn’t fair that I had to watch that and can’t drag you two to bed right now.”

“There’s always the hayloft,” Harrison offered just as the people around us erupted in cheers.

We gave our family genuine smiles despite being annoyed that we couldn’t escape to the privacy of the house right then. Cheers, claps, and a piercing whistle from Nate broke the quiet of the ranch. I was married—well, close enough anyway—to the two best men in the world, and I couldn’t help but smile.

We finally untangled our fingers so we could face the crowd that had gathered around us and they parted so we could walk toward the barn. As we walked, I thought of the differences between today and the day Andrew and I got married, and those differences were stark in contrast. Andrew and I had gone quietly to the courthouse with no fanfare; today was filled with our entire family surrounding us. Andrew and I had celebrated quietly with a nice dinner out; today we were celebrating—loudly—with those who meant the most to us. The sun shining, snow glistening, and people cheering, I knew without a doubt Andrew would have been happy for me.

“We can eat, then go home, right?” Harrison asked as we approached the barn, the party following behind us. “I mean, we can come back afterward, but I’m never going to be able to be appropriate or keep my hands off you two if we don’t get somewhere soon.”

Jasper covered his bark of surprised laughter with a cough, then shook his head. “Um, this is the Scott family. They will all understand if we disappear for a bit. Then again, we’ll hear about it for the rest of the week.”

Harrison made a sound of dismissal that sounded a lot like a raspberry. “Listen, I want sex and I don’t want to have to be quiet. We are finding a way to get back to the house for sex sooner rather than later.”

Ty popped up from nowhere, grinning like the cat who got the cream. “You three are terrible at hiding your wicked plans.”

“What?” we all asked in surprise. I actually wasn’t sure I understood what he was getting at.

Ty huffed in typical Ty dramatics. “You are trying to figure out how to get out of here. Just make sure to eat first.”

“You’ll need the energy.” Slade’s voice caused us all to jump. It was probably a good thing Ty lived in California and Slade was in Oklahoma. The two would likely be best friends given half a chance, and I didn’t know how any of us would survive that.

Ty high-fived him, Nate rolled his eyes and shook his head, and Jasper groaned. “Eat fast?” Harrison nearly begged.

Harrison yelped as he took a seat to my right. Jasper and I both looked at him in concern, but Derek nearly falling out of his chair with laughter while Harrison flipped him off told me he must have been okay. And he was also more impatient to get the meal over with than I’d been expecting because he wiggled through most of it.

Despite being anxious to duck out for a bit, it was nice to sit down for a meal with Cody and my kids. Until I moved to Oklahoma, it’d been routine. Expected, even. But since I’d moved, this was only the second time I’d seen Cody and my kids at the same time. While I loved spending time with everyone that had come in, I couldn’t say I was disappointed when Marla turned some music on and people pushed away from the table.

“House, now,” Harrison whispered into my ear as he gripped Jasper’s hand. “We’ll come back, promise.”

I chuckled. “Harrison, Jasper and I may come back. You, however, will be sleeping for the next hour if we have sex now.”

“Have fun!” Derek’s laughter behind us was fading as our legs ate up the distance to the house.

“Fuck you, Dare!” Harrison called over his shoulder as he continued to drag us away.

“What’s gotten into you?” Jasper laughed as we quickened our steps to keep up with him.
