"But she and Andre are your friends," I groan.

"I'll make new friends," he gives me a small smile. "Besides, who needs friends when I have the Thompsons?"

"It's like having your own personal fan club follow youeverywhere," I tease him.

"Exactly," Brady laughs. "I know Jack is Team Steve, but Liam and Taylor are warming up to me. Ace enjoys giving me a hard time, but I can deal with it."

"Jack and Steve have been friends for a long time," I try softening the blow.

"I've never been much for friends," he reminds me. "I like to work and be with you and Brianna. I don't need anything else."

My heart dips in my chest. "I feel like you're giving up so much for me, and I..."

His fingers run through my loose curls. "There is nothing I wouldn't give up for you."

"You shouldn't have to—"

"Izzy Cohen," he gives me a big smile, "I'm not arguing about this."

"Fine," I give in as Brady bends to kiss me.

"I love you, Mrs. Cohen," he whispers as his lips connect with mine.

I sign into this embrace as the sound of feet pitter-pattering down the hall.

"Mommy!" Brianna's voice carries through the second story.

Brady breaks the kiss as I stick my head out of the bathroom. Brianna's in a sparkly white dress with gold shoes. Mom's chasing after her with a matching gold sweater.

"Stop running from Grandma," I playfully chastise her.

"I just want to make sure she's warm," Mom hollers as she waves the sweater in the air like a white flag.

"We have to dress warm," I tell Brianna as she slips her hand in mine. "It's cold outside."

"But Brady said we'll be warm in the limo," Brianna argues.

"You got a limo?" My head whips in his direction.

"There's a lot of us going," he shrugs. "I figured we'd all be more comfortable in a limo."

"How many?" My mouth drops open. "How many Thompsons did you invite, Brady?"

"A-all of them," Brady croaks out as Mom cackles.

"No," I groan.

"I can't believe you didn't tell her," Mom shakes her head.

"All of them," I clarify.

"All of them," he repeats.

Oh, they're all going to love this.
