She wouldn't put it past him. He was so strong that he could probably swim faster than the lifeboat's engine could propel it.

He chuckled. "I dunked in the ocean before getting on the lifeboat, and when I got on board, I used a hose to wash off the seawater. I just needed to see you right away, and I didn't want to waste time on a shower."

That was so sweet.

Leaning over, she reached for his shirt and pulled him to her for a scorching kiss. When she got dizzy, this time from oxygen starvation, she let go and sucked in a breath. "I love you, Dagor, and now we can be together forever. I'm never letting you go."

His eyes blazed blue light as he regarded her with such fierce love that it took away what breath she had left in her lungs.

"I'm not letting you go either. I know it's selfish of me, but I'm taking you up on your offer to accompany me on my mission. The good news is that we have all the time in the world, and after my mission is over, I will implore Toven to let us both become testers for the Perfect Match adventures so you won't have to give up on your dream."

Happiness filling her heart, Frankie laughed. "A better use of our talents will be for me to do the testing and you to work on the code."

He leaned over and kissed her softly. "Only if we work in the same building and can see each other whenever we want. I don't want to ever be separated from you."

Frankie's heart swelled with love. "I can't wait to start this new chapter with you. We will have so many adventures together."

"Fates willing."

He leaned down and took her lips in a kiss so passionate and filled with so much love that it left all other kisses behind.
