I pull my t-shirt off and help her into it. She’s not wearing shoes, so I lift her into my arms bridal style and carry her to the truck. When we get inside, I kiss her softly as I cuddle her to me.

“How did they get you?” She shakes her head.

“Tomorrow, my head hurts.” I nod and kiss her temple.

“I love you so fucking much. You scared the shit out of me.” The cab of the truck stays quiet, and for a moment, I think her body has finally shut down from the trauma, and she’s asleep again.

“Forever?” I smile and nod.

“Yeah, Bella, forever.”

CHAPTER THIRTY

SHOCK

Two weeks later

Reno, Nevada

“A baby looks good on you.”I smile at Diego’s suggestive look inside the Church.

I’m becoming a godmother today, and little Daisy is fast asleep, looking like a perfect little angel.

“Hush, the front pew will catch on fire.” He chuckles softly as we wait our turn.

“I still think you should skip your next birth control shot. It could take months to work its way out of your system.” His hand strokes my thigh as he whispers in my ear.

“Is that your professional advice, Doctor?” He nips my ear, and I moan.

“Do you mind!” Wolf hisses, and I whisper sorry to him.

“You just want me barefoot and pregnant.” He nods and sits back slightly.

“I really do.” I shake my head but smile brightly.

“Fine.” His hand on my leg stops moving.

“What?” I grin at him.

“I said fine. I’ll call my doctor tomorrow and cancel.” The Priest calls our names, and I stand, leaving my man speechless to watch us baptist Daisy.

After the service is done, we head back to the clubhouse to celebrate, and Mallory grabs me by the hand, dragging me to Glitch. We end up locked in her room while Mallory paces the room.

“Tell her,” Glitch says finally, and Mallory looks offended.

“Of course, you know. Abel really is training you well.” What the hell is going on?

“Tell me what?” I stand.

“I’m pregnant.” I look at Glitch, who nods.

“WHAT!” Mallory sighs and finally sits down.

“Who’s the father?” She cringes.

“I don’t know.” I blink a few times in confusion.

“Come again?” Glitch folds her arms and stares at her in disbelief.
