Finders Keep Her

She might be able to hide from the rest of the world, but she’ll never escape me.

I am unworthy to even look at her. The first time I did, it sent her running, but my little fox is always on the run. Besides, I tend to have that effect on everyone. The difference is, this time there will be nowhere she can hide that I won’t find her.
My little fox isn’t just running; she’s watching. I’ve piqued her curiosity. She may think she’s hiding behind her computer screen, but I know she has eyes on me. I”ll do everything in my power to make sure her attention stays there.
Cold. Ruthless. Unfeeling. Monster.

They say I’m a monster, and maybe I am. But if that’s true, then I want to be her monster. I want to be the reason she stops running from all the things that go bump in the night.
There’s this overwhelming need inside of me to take care of her. To love and protect her. Most of all, to show she has nothing to fear from the rest of the world. You see, my girl is brilliant, special, and unlike any other.
The world should fear her as she sits upon her throne, my lap. They will all learn that if you come for my little fox, the real monster inside of me will come out to play.
