Brett and Rowdy

When cowboy Rowdy Duran comes back to Gomillion, South Carolina, the situation is pretty darn complicated. His daughter is graduating from college, his high school reunion is happening at the same time, and a lot has changed in his life since he was in Gomillion for just over a year of his teenaged life.

Metal artist Brett Kilpatrick never expected to see Rowdy again after he left Gomillion in a cloud of dust all those years ago. And he’s not sure he wants to now. As far as he knows, Rowdy betrayed him and got a girl pregnant, and he didn’t even have the decency to explain.

Now Rowdy is back, blind from a rodeo injury from not long after he left, still as hot as fire, and still making sure Brett knows he has no intention of living anywhere but Northern New Mexico. The old chemistry is still there, and not everything is as it seems, but can Brett put the past aside and go with Rowdy when he leaves this time?
