They were my pen pals, and now I’m their pregnant omega…
For two years, we were confidants, but my online friends always felt out of reach. My anxiety could never compete with my curiosity and I always pushed them away when they were determined to finally meet me and reveal the identities of Pack Pucked.
It should have been easy, but life got in the way. Well, more like biology got in the way. Throwing a surprise heat into the mix sent me down a spiral of missed connections:
Two strangers.
Two missing numbers.
One ruined phone.
And one baby on board.
I was living on thin ice, unable to move forward with my life suddenly on hold. Pack Pucked were determined to help, but that wasn’t what I wanted.. Thankfully, they tracked me down, fitting the final pieces together when I thought they were gone for good because sometimes what we needed and what we wanted weren’t the same.
