“I can take it off for you, if you’re interested.” Every one of us would have jumped at the chance to get with Zoe. She was definitely a rocker chick, almost always wearing leather and sporting a sexy undercut (dyed bright teal this week, but that was subject to change soon.)

She raised one pierced eyebrow at me. “You know the whole turn-the-gay-chick-straight thing is fucked up, right?”

“You haven’t asked us to stop yet.”

“Yeah, ’cause you idiots are too much like my brothers to mean it.” She leaned on the counter, chin in her hands. Her strong arms squeezed her breasts together. I couldn’t help looking. She continued, “So was the sex good?”

As soon as she said the word sex, the guys all turned toward me.

“Thanks, Zoe,” I grumbled.

She winked and turned away from me as the door opened, another client coming in.

“Hey, you got laid last night?” Garrett called. He was too enthusiastic about other people getting laid. I blamed it on him being young. Not like he had problems with women—he was tall and ripped, and had the bonus of being from California. Girls around here were into that.

“I did pretty good for myself, yeah,” I said, smirking.

“Spill it!” Ryker may have been busy working on the woman in his chair, but he was still tuned into the conversation. Of course he was. It was about women. He was always interested in that subject, especially since breaking up with his ex. He glanced up, tossing his head to shake his unkempt blond hair from his face.

I shrugged, leaning casually on the counter and sipping my coffee. “She was hot. Really hot. Amazing body, gorgeous face.” I grinned. “And eager. Raring to go as soon as the door to her place shut.”

“You didn’t take her home?” Garrett asked.

“Fuck no. I don’t take girls home. Not after that one time. It’s just asking for trouble.” I shook my head. “But anyway. Amazing kisser, super hot.” I paused, remembering the way the night had ended. I hadn’t actually gotten laid. There are some things you just don’t do, and take advantage of a girl so drunk she passed out is one of them.

“Yeah?” Ryker asked. “And?”

He leaned back, and I got a view of the girl in the chair.

I smiled. “Hey, Mal. What’s up?”

I knew this one well. Mal came in often. Dyed black hair, ink and piercings. Smaller chest than I usually liked, but her ass and thighs were indescribable. She knew how to use her mouth, and wasn’t afraid to scratch and bite. Always a good time.

She smiled as she pulled her shirt down, covering the fresh tattoo on her left breast. “Hey, Bradley,” she greeted, rising. “How’s it going?”

I gave her a nod. “Going good. Gotta say, I’m a little hurt. You could have waited for me.”

“You weren’t here and I’ve got other shit to do today.” She walked down the aisle between our chairs, coming to stand in front of me. Before I could react, her hand shot out, grabbing my belt buckle and tugging. “Busy tonight?”

I shrugged. “Haven’t made any plans yet. Why?”

“I’ll be at The Republic tonight,” she replied. She gave my belt another tug, drawing my hips toward hers. “And after a few drinks, my schedule’s clear. You game?”

I smiled. “Maybe. I’m sure I’ll find my way to the bar. We’ll see what happens, huh?” I reached up, tugging at the neckline of her shirt to expose the tattoo she’d just gotten. A series of stars on her breast. “Cute.”

“Glad you like it. Maybe you’ll see it again later.” She batted my hand away, grinning. “See you around, Bradley.”

“See you.”

She let go and turned, walking out. I watched her ass as she left, until she was out the door.

“So the girl from last night,” Ryker called, coming down toward the front. He stopped at the sink, washing his hands. “You didn’t finish.”

“Yeah. Let’s see, amazing kisser, super hot, seemed like she’d be into the wild shit.” I paused, just long enough to make sure everyone was listening. “Too bad she puked all over herself and passed out before we could get to it.”

The howls of laughter almost drowned out the bell over the door. I smiled at the guy who entered and waved him over. “Hey, man, welcome to New Regrets. What can we do for you?”
