On the edge of the bed Theo was able to position me exactly where he wanted me. He liked the power he got from standing, but I think what he really liked was being able to watch every minute. He smiled—really smiled—his eyebrows rose and his jaw ticked when he tried to keep from losing control.
I liked this position, too. It gave me an excellent view of every single bit of his perfectly sculpted body. And as much as I got off on watching his arms and shoulders strain, the rare times when I got a clear view of his abs working to pump into me were just as erotic.
In fact, it was so hot to see Theo slowly moving while feeling every inch of his cock hitting each and every pleasure point inside me, that I came without anything else to help it along. That was all I needed to explode—intimate time alone connecting with the man I loved.
He shuddered as my inner muscles squeezed and pulsed, making sure to give me space before he picked up speed and found his orgasm.
I was liquid butter. I swear I was melting all over that bed. There wasn’t an ounce of stress or tension left inside me until Theo threw himself onto the bed and groaned. “I just want to stay here. Can I tell the world to go fuck itself?”
Reality came crashing back in. “I’m pretty sure that’s what you’re about to go do.”
He rolled on top of me and kissed me hard. “I don’t know when I’ll see you again, but I’ll try to let you know when things are done.”
I nodded, but that was all I could do. Between the orgasm and the emotions I was trying to contain a nuclear meltdown.
“Don’t believe everything you see in the news,” he said. “We’ve set this up so that things go just so.”
“News?”
He nodded. “You’ll see.”
We quietly cleaned up and dressed, then I walked Theo to the door. Martin was waiting outside with Joe. Both men wandered down to the end of the hall so we could say goodbye one more time.
I didn’t think I could handle another one of these.
I kissed him lightly on the lips. “Be safe.”
He smacked me on the ass. “I love you.”
“I love you, too.”
After I closed the door Lily snickered from the couch. “Booty call!”
I smiled. “Yep. And I liked it.”
“He’s super hot, Allie.”
“I know. Now go back to sleep. We’ve got sightseeing to do in a few hours.”
She made some sort of grumbling noise about coffee and rolled over to go back to sleep.
Chapter 35
Friday started like any other day off. The weather was gray and trapped somewhere between chilly and not. Joe and Seth agreed to let us visit Big Ben and a pub. After that I was going home to get some sleep while Adam took Elizabeth and Lily to see a house he had his eye on.
“When do I get to go to one of these races?” I asked on tiptoes to plant a kiss on Adam’s cheek. Adam was an engineer for the Mercedes Formula 1 team and had recently moved here, to Brackley. Elizabeth would be joining him in the summer.
“Take your pick. Oh, and you and Theo both should come with to us to Goodwood. Especially Revival.”
“I think Theo would be in heaven around all those old cars and I know Elizabeth and I would have fun with the history.” I gave her a hug as she nodded enthusiastically.
Adam rubbed his hands together with a glint in his eyes. “Well then, as soon as they announce dates I’ll make arrangements.”
I sent my friends on their way and my bodyguards walked me back to the car. That’s when I felt the unmistakable dread of someone coming for me. I felt it only moments before it happened. Maybe it was a shift in the air or maybe I could feel the panic being broadcast through the air. All I know is that I felt it and turned just as a wild-eyed Nicki came running up.
“We need to go and we need to gonow,”she hissed at Joe.
I had no idea why Nicki was here or what was going on, but Joe took her warning seriously. They moved us into the car and peeled away while Nicki explained. “There. Two cars back. That dark Mercedes.”
