His eyes went huge.

“COPS!”he said, but it was already too late. The ten agents behind him fanned out, keeping everyone at gunpoint as they began cuffing them.

It was pandemonium, but Gene kept his eyes on Cash. As far as he was concerned, the man was his.

With his gun pointed at him, he approached the bar.

“It’s pretty ballsy to rape a cop in here and two days later open back up,” Gene said, no emotion in his voice.

The man’s eyes were huge.

“I don’t know nuthin’,” he said.

Oh, well, when criminals said that, they tended to knowEVERYTHING.

This was going to be fun.

When Cash went to reach for the gun under the bar, he heard a click of a gun and something touching the back of his head.

“I wouldn’t do that,” Ethan said. “Remember us, Cash?” he asked, as Greyson cuffed him.

“Son of a bitch,” he muttered. “Fucking lowlife cops,” he muttered, spitting at Gene.

Luckily for him, he missed.

Unluckily for him, that was considered assault, so he grabbed him by the hair, and slammed his face off of the bar to prove a point.

Cash.

Went.

Out.

“We don’t have a warrant,” Greyson said, talking to the other ten agents, “so no looking in anything,” he stated. “If you see drugs or weapons out in the open, bag and tag. The person closest to the stuff goes in for it.”

Yeah, they weren’t messing around.

Oh, they’d leave this to Greyson. He had it under control. That was for sure.

“You look for the drugs. We’re taking Cash to the back room to talk,” he stated.

And by talk, they didn’t mean nicely.

To help his partner, Gene went around the bar, and both he and Ethan dragged the man toward the room by the arms.

Oh, no.

He hoped they didn’t dislocate—like Corbin’s had. That would be a crying shame.

In the back room, they threw the man onto a brand-new mattress.

It looked like someone planned on using this room again, and that was incredibly ballsy of them. Well, that shit wasn’t happening.

Not ever.

As they sat on the couch, they could hear the bikers outside the room bitching and moaning about being arrested for random paraphernalia.

“Good cop or bad cop?” Gene asked his partner.
