They warned him not to play those kinds of games in Philadelphia. Both Ethan Blackhawk and Gene Cantrell told him to stay away from undercover assignments as a newbie.
Only, Corbin Price felt the need to ignore them to get some street cred.
And it cost him everything.
When they find him, he’s destroyed in ways no one should ever be, and they are helpless to change that. So, instead both Blackhawk and Cantrell are going to do everything in their power (and outside of it) to make things right.
Going into the seedy underbelly of sex trafficking in The City of Brotherly Love is dangerous, but then again, so are they. As they stalk the perpetrators who hurt their friend, they run headlong into a nasty drug, a sex ring, and horrible secrets that are so dangerous they need to stay in the shadows for everyone’s sake.
It’s a fight for the underdog, and to balance the scales of justice, and in the end, Sticks and Stones may break their bones, but criminals won’t escape them.
Because Justice is coming.
And the city is never going to be the same again.
