“Explain, now,” I bark out.

“Chaos, this is my daughter Olivia. I want you to accept her as collateral.”

“The fuck?” I say at the same time as Olivia turns and exclaims the same thing.

“No way my Ol’ lady is going anywhere,” Dyno growls and reaches out to grab her.

Without even thinking I move forward, wrapping my arm around her waist and pulling her to me before Dyno can touch her.

“She is not your Ol’ lady. I’ve told you many times before Dyno,” Judge throws back at him.

“Rather chop my arm off than be his Ol’ lady,” Olivia mutters under her breath, thinking no one can hear her, but I did and it causes me to chuckle.

Dyno starts to head for Judge but Archer steps in and Riot steps forward, so he’s nearly in front of me and Olivia. Psycho and Mayhem close ranks around us, forming a protective shield of sorts. I feel her stiffen in my arms and I don’t want her to feel scared.

“It’s okay, we won’t let him hurt you,” I try to reassure her.

“It’s not me I’m worried about. I don’t want him hurting my dad,” she whispers back.

“Archer and Ford have him covered,” I tell her.

At that, she relaxes slightly against me. Stroking her arm, I move her behind me so she’s protected. I tap Psycho and Mayhem on the shoulders to step aside. They move to the side but also step back so they are covering Olivia too.

“Judge, seriously what the fuck?” I demand.

“I know Chaos. This is not how we normally do business.”

“Too fucking right, it’s not normally how we do business. We don’t deal in skin,” I tell him.

“Don’t worry, you’ll have your money. Hand Liv back,” Dyno demands.

I’m so sick of this guy already. He needs to learn his place, showing no fucking respect for me or his own Prez. I am about to lose my head with him if he doesn’t back off.

“Won’t warn you again Dyno, show some fucking respect. I am speaking with your President, not you. This doesn’t concern you. Judge has already said she’s not your Ol’ lady and never will be. Clearly, you’ve not claimed her at Church or if you have it didn’t pass. So, you need to back the fuck off and not stick your nose where it doesn’t belong,” I spit back at him.

Turning to look at Judge, I see the look in his eyes. He’s begging me to take her. This really isn’t something we would normally do but my gut is telling me I need to. He’s not selling her but more asking us to keep her safe. I feel a tap on my leg and look to Psycho. He nods ever so slightly so only I can see it. Guess he’s seeing the same as me. This is a father protecting his daughter. He knows the Road Wreckers MC hates people who abuse women and children. If I thought anyone in my club was mistreating their Ol’ lady or children, not only would they be stripped of their patch, but they would be meeting their maker too. Sick twisted fuckers like that never learn their lesson.

“Okay, we will take Olivia, and she will be safe with us,” I assure him.

I feel her stiffen behind me, so I reach back and grip her hip with my hand. Stroking my thumb over the small sliver of skin showing between her top and jeans, hoping this reassures her that I’m doing this for the right reasons. Dyno clearly still pissed, lunges for Judge. Before any of Tribal Bones can react, Psycho has knocked the fucker out.

“Thank you,” Archer says to Psycho, who only nods in return.

Jesus this is turning into a shit show fast.

“We need to get out of here.” Riot says.

Nodding, I agree and turn and wrap my arm back around Olivia’s waist, holding her to me. Thankfully she doesn’t try to move away. She’s watching Dyno try to sit up and more Tribal Bones making their way towards us.

“Judge, this concludes our business. Do you have Olivia’s things?”

He nods and takes the bag from a prospect, he steps towards us, handing me it. Judge then pulls Olivia into his arms and whispers in her ear. Her body shakes a little like she’s crying. The thought of her upset makes me want to pull her into my arms and make it all better for her.

Seriously, what the actual fuck.

I’ve never had this reaction to a woman before. Especially one I haven’t said more than a handful of words to. This is not normal, even for me, but I can’t help myself from wanting to touch her and needing her to be within reach.

“We need to go,” Psycho says, clearing his throat.
