“Okay, sounds like a plan. Let’s mount up and go get my girl,” I nod and we all make our way out of church and to the club cars we have.

I’m in the passenger seat with Psycho driving. Mayhem and Riot are in the car behind, everyone else is divided between the remaining two cars and van. Ten miles is not that far but sitting here, it feels like it takes us hours to get just outside the warehouse. I just want my girl back. He best not of have hurt her. We all pile out the cars and van and I stop to take a look around. It’s quiet. Too quiet. Psycho is also looking at me with the same thought. There are no bikes or cars parked out front, other than our own. Riot comes jogging from around the corner.

“There are four bikes and one van parked around the back. There’s no sounds coming from inside and also no one about that I can see,” he tells us.

“Be ready and tread carefully,” I warn.

“Archer, Foggy and Mayhem, follow me around the back,” Riot says as they all move to the back of the building.

The rest of us slowly make our way inside the building, it is eerily quiet. We come across an abandoned reception area, checking empty offices and bathrooms as we go. There’s nothing but dust, debris, and a few rats. Finally, we make it to what must be the main manufacturing floor. You make out the chains and old bits of machinery still laying around undisturbed. We meet up with the rest of the brothers in the middle of the room.

“Nothing,” Riot confirms.

“She has to be here. They have to be here,” Mayhem shouts.

He really has gotten close with Liv. I stand a little away from the rest of the group, just looking around. I can feel her, yes that sounds girly and pathetic but fuck it. Liv is the missing part of my soul, so I know when my other piece is close.

“She’s here,” I say.

“How do you know?” Archer asks.

A smirk appears on Trader’s face. He knows, him and his Ol’ lady have been together since they were teenagers.

“Anyone check the basement?” Twisted calls from the far side of the room.

I knew that fucker would make the perfect brother.

“Need to patch that fucker quick,” Psycho mutters next to me.

Nodding, I make my way over to Twisted, where he is opening a large metal door. We follow a short corridor before coming to a set of concrete stairs going down. The thudding of our boots echo in the stairwell, as we thunder down them to find another corridor of rooms. Slowly making our way down, we pass closed doors, taking time to check the handles, all of them are locked. We pass an open doorway and taking a second to look in the room, its empty. I start to move away, when I catch movement out the corner of my eye. Moving further into the room, I notice an open bathroom door, there standing in the doorway is Olivia. A very beaten Olivia, cradling her arm.

“Liv,” I breath.

“Declan?” she whispers as more of a question as if she’s not believing her eyes.

Within seconds, she is in my arms and all is right with my world. I hold her a little tighter and a soft painfilled groan reaches my ears.

Fuck, she’s hurt and I’m squeezing the life out of her.

As I step away, Riot appears next to me with no shirt on and quickly pulls it over Liv’s head.

Jesus, I was so happy and relieved to see her, I didn’t notice she was only in her underwear.

My heart stops in my chest and panic starts to fill me.

Please god no. Please tell me we are not too late.

“You’re not too late,” she says as she wraps her good arm around my waist and buries her face in my chest.

My arms automatically come around her and my heart starts beating again.

“Thank you, brother,” I choke as the emotion of having my girl back in my arms starts to get to me. Riot just pats me on the back as he steps away. I lift Liv into my arms and start to carry her out the room.

“Wait,” she suddenly calls, lifting her head.

We all freeze and it’s then I then notice two more people have joined our group. The Tribal Bones brothers have completely shocked looks on their faces. I realise that the two people are Voodoo and Judge. Liv was right, neither of them are dead. Both look like they’ve been to hell and back though. Liv reaches out to Psycho and hands him some keys.

“Last room on the right. They are all locked in there,” she tells him.
