I say nothing. A,fuck you, sits on the tip of my tongue but I manage to stop it from falling from my mouth. Sassing him wouldn’t end well for me, I can’t always help what falls from my mouth, it’s like I have no filter.

“Nothing to say Princess?” he goads me.

“Archer and my dad will be back any minute.”

“Still not going to save you, Princess. You will be mine and so will Tribal Bones.”

The cocky smirk on his face tells me he thinks he’s got this all worked out and it will all end in his favour. He’s delusional. My dad and the rest of them won’t go down without a fight. He’s underestimated my dad too many times before.

“Everything okay here?” Ford asks as he appears from around a lorry parked up near the bikes.

“Yeah man, just keeping our Princess here company,” Dyno snaps back while giving Ford daggers.

“She’s good,” Ford replies as he presses his hand to the middle of my back and steers me away from Dyno and towards a group of picnic tables on the grassy area.

“You okay Liv?” he asks with concern in his voice.

“I am now, thanks, Ford.”

“No worries, Liv, we’ve got you,” he says, wrapping his arm around me and bringing me close to him.

It’s comforting and I feel safe. We sit on one of the picnic tables while Ford devours his food and wait for the others to come back. Slowly everyone starts to meet back up.

“All, okay?” dad asks as he approaches me and Ford.

“Yeah, all good.”

“You sure,” Arches asks, looking concerned.

Nodding, I wrap my arms around my dad, and he cocoons me in his arms.

I’m such a daddy’s girl but I can’t help it. He’s the greatest man I know.

“Love ya, baby girl,” he whispers in my ear and kisses the top of my head.

“Love ya too dad,” I whisper back, snuggling further into him.

“Let’s hit the road,” Dyno roars, breaking the moment.

Pathetic, jealous fucker.

He hates when my dad shows me affection, it always causes him to be extra nasty. I have no clue why. Guess he’s just that weird and twisted. We head for the bikes and mount up. Once again, we will pull out in formation and make our way on the last part of our journey.

It only takes us about another hour or so before we are in the queue to get into the campground. Finding a good spot, the prospects start to set up camp. The rally is huge with thousands of clubs and bikers attending. Filling several fields with tents and then another couple of fields are filled with food and drinks vendors. The stalls are selling everything a biker could wish for, a huge stage for the bands set to play, plus even a small funfair with rides for the kids that have come along.

“Come on Liv, let’s go for a walk around,” Dad says.

Nodding, I fall in beside him and Archer throws his arm around my shoulders. I hear the growl from behind us as we walk away. Knowing full well that growl came from Dyno, I can’t help the smirk that forms on my face.

Serves the twat right.

We walk around the stalls and stop every so often to look closer at certain ones. I buy a new bracelet from one stall and I spot a lovely leather bag on another. Archer gives me a look when I put the beautiful handmade shoulder bag in a deep green leather back.

“Why aren’t you getting it?” he asks.

“It’s handmade and beautiful. With a beautiful price tag to match,” I tell him.

No way can I afford it. Dyno is meant to give me money as I clean the clubhouse and keep it for brothers, but he doesn’t always give it to me and when he does, it’s not always the right amount. I move to the next stall where dad is looking at some riding gloves. Helping him choose a pair, I don’t notice Archer is missing until he pops up next to me and hands me a bag.
