“I wanted to say it first,” Ronnie caresses his cheek lovingly, calming our little brat down. “I’ve loved you every single day for a while now.”
“Fine, I forgive you because I love you too. You two are mine. No one gets to have you. Ever.”
We chuckle together.
He is so obsessed that I can’t get enough of him.
“I love you,” my eyes move between them. “You two are the brightest stars in my universe, and when darkness seeps in, you are my way out.”
They pull me into a fervent kiss that echoes with promises and burns against our lips.
“Come on, everyone is going to the beach.” Ronnie withdraws, disrobing his clothes as he opens his bag.
My eyes slide to Bradley, catching him staring at me. “You didn’t think about it before you tattooed us?” I pace forward and halt in front of the mirror.
“I did. Rules are made to be broken. Don’t let water touch your neck, and the sun is already low so we’re good.” I catch the reflection of his soft smile before he turns to change.
Three parallel lines resembling scratch marks cover my neck, two inches under my ear. On the first night we met that is what I painted on Ronnie’s face.
Nothing but trunks cover their golden-tanned skin. Their haircuts are freshly renewed to the same ones they had when we first met which suits them well—they are breathtaking.
Ronnie maintains his light stubble and I love how it fits his casual style while Bradley’s clean-shaven face fits his bratty side.
I jump on Bradley and straddle his hips, laughing and throwing my head back as he spins us a few rounds.
“I’m getting you wet, Bear. The water has your name sparking across it.” He presses his lips to mine and I surrender to that soft yet hungry kiss.
“I was already wet but if a shark eats us I’m killing you,” I warn, gasping into his mouth.
“No one gets to eat you besides us,” Ronnie says, flicking their ball caps backward as the water reaches our hips. His silver necklace with our initials glints under the magical rays of light as it rolls against the planes of his chest.
B. A. R.
It’s kind of funny, at least we thought so when we bought it for him.
“I have something to tell you,” I say and they immediately stop what they are doing and stare at me.
“What…?”
They both ask, curiosity twinkling in their eyes.
“I figured it out.” My cheeks blush as I take a deep breath. “I want to be a writer.”
Their serious expressions turn into wide smiles that capture their entire face.
“We know,” Ronnie says, glancing at Bradley. “Would you be okay with publishing our secret project as your first book?”
I choke a laugh, eyes widening as I try to let it sink in. “Really? Because it’s good. I mean—I can’t take credit for that. It belongs to us.”
“There are a few options,” Bradley counters, “We come up with a pen name that you can use later to write more books or we keep it to ourselves and publish it someday as a trio.”
“We’re on board with whatever you want,” Ronnie adds, caressing my arm tenderly. “We think it should be out there for whoever needs it.”
I’m speechless.
“You don’t have to decide now. Think about it and let us know when you are ready.” Bradley kisses the tip of my nose and brings me to Ronnie who nuzzles our nose together.
“We’re so proud of you.”
