I choke back a groan at the visual he's creating.
"But first," he tells her, almost conversationally, "you have to do one thing for us, sweetheart. You have to come."
Chapter Fifteen
Avalon
I feel like I'm floating
The sheets are tangled around my legs, my body is trembling in the most delicious way, and I swear I can still feel Jodrick's mouth on me.
Viraat's arms are like a weighted blanket, wrapped around my chest, and his heartbeat is a steady thrum against my back. I don't even know how long we've been suspended here like this, but I don't ever want it to end.
One orgasm had led into another, followed by another.
And now I'm a sobbing mess. Every limb is loose and languid in the most delightful way.
I sigh, my fingers trailing over Jodrick's stone-carved jaw as he shifts closer, his nose nuzzling just beneath my breast. His warmth surprises me. I didn't know a body carved from rock could feel like this.
Like comfort and fire and devotion.
"Are you okay, little princess?" Jodrick's voice is a rough purr, brushing over me like a warm embrace.
I hum, sated yet ready for... more. "I'm more than okay. That was amazing."
Viraat chuckles low in my ear, his lips grazing the curve of my shoulder, his sharp fangs gently piercing my skin. "But?"
I lay my head back against him. "But... I'm ready for the rest now, Daddy."
He growls in my ear and my body responds to the sound instantly. Where previously I was sated and languid, I am once again ready and roaring for more.
"The rest, you say?" Jodrick asks, his eyebrow quirked. "I think you should know what the rest is first, don't you little princess?"
I nod, eager to get going.
I want it.
All of it.
No matter what it is.
And the only way to prove it to them is for us to get going and do it already.
Jodrick traces the inside of my thigh with those long, sharp claws again, drawing a needy mewl from me. "You know our form in the day is a dog-like beast, right?"
My head bobs up and down in a quick nod.
"Do you know what that means, sweetheart?" Viraat asks, his words a whisper in my ear.
I'm confused at his question. Where on earth is he going with this? "No, daddy?"
"That means," Jodrick responds as he slowly unbuttons his trousers. "That we have a knot."
Oh my goodness.
A knot.
Like inthosekinds of books.
