“Gia, you have nothing to worry about. But you need to know if we do this, we are exclusive. I have watched several of our members and staff ogling you every chance they get, and I am one jealous fucker.”
“Logan that is all I want. I know that I am fresh from a breakup, but I have never met anyone like you, and if you can deliver like you did tonight, I will be one happy woman.”
“Gia, I have never had an exclusive relationship, so for me to tell you that is what I want is a big deal. I have so many things toteach you as a Sub, but please know that if you do something that requires punishment, you will get it.”
We finish our beers and onion rings and head back to the gym. He asks me if I want to come to his place for the night, but I explain I want to shower and then get a good night’s sleep. Although he tells me he is okay with that, his face tells me another story. I have all these feelings that I need to decompress, and I need to be alone.
My alarm goes off at 5:30 a.m. and I stretch, feeling invigorated. I put on my yoga outfit and get ready for my 6:00 a.m. class. We both exit our apartments at the same time. Logan grabs me and kisses me passionately and we head down to the gym. Before he leaves to go to his area of the gym, he whispers that he can’t wait to take me back to the club.
The morning goes by extremely fast, and thankfully Susan has no classes today. That is one problem I don’t have to deal with.
Lunch time arrives, and Logan stops at the studio and waits for my class to finish. “Do you want to do lunch Beautiful?”
“I would love to, I will let you pick.”
Just as we are walking to the main area of the gym, we run into Kenzie and Andy.
“Where are you guys headed? How about the four of us go to that roof top restaurant down the street, it’s a beautiful day for it?” Kenzie asks.
We all decided that would work. Logan grabs my hand as we walk out of the gym, which raises a few eyebrows. I can hear the chatter of the female members. Oh well, eat your hearts out ladies, he is mine.
The rest of the afternoon went well, but I do notice the times I ran to the restroom, Blake and Mason chatting with Logan. I can’t wait to hear about those conversations.
My last class was at 4:00 p.m. I finish cleaning up the studio, tally up the attendance of each class today and then I go over tomorrow’s schedule. I enter all the information into the computer and then head upstairs for a shower.
As I am stepping out of the shower, I hear a knock at the door. I yell out that I will be a minute. I grab a pair of shorts and tank and throw them on, sans undergarments. When I open the door, Marco is standing there.
“Hey Gia, may I come in?”
“Sure Marco, come on in and take a seat. Do you want something to drink?”
“I could use a bottle of water if you have it, today was a brutal training day.”
I walk to the fridge and grab a bottle of water and hand it to him and then I sit down across from him.
“Gia, I was wondering if you would be interested in going to a concert with me at Rupp Arena. Nickelback is going to be there on Friday. Do you like Nickelback?”
“I love Nickelback, but unfortunately, I already have plans with Logan. I am sorry.”
I can tell he is extremely disappointed. I have a feeling that he doesn’t fully understand that Logan and I are an exclusive couple now. He is such a nice guy, and I am sure he will find someone, but I am not that someone. And on cue, Logan strolls into the apartment, and plants a kiss on my forehead and sits down next to me, placing his arm around the back of the couch.
“Well, I have to run. Catch you later,” Marco states. And with that, he leaves the apartment.
“Poor guy, I guess he felt he might still have a chance.”
“He never had a chance with you, and I did see you first,” Logan says as he laughs. “Plus, he is going to receive some more bad news. He is being turned down for club membership. He apparently doesn’t have a good reputation in the community; he actually hurt a Sub at a club that he was visiting.”
“Oh my goodness, little Marco? He seems so timid.”
“Do you want to grab some dinner? I am in the mood for Italian tonight. Will that work?”
“Perfect, I am starving. In fact, a pizza and a good glass of wine sounds wonderful.”
We leave the apartment and walk downstairs. There are a few people working out on the machines, but there doesn’t seem to be anyone at the desk. That isn’t normal. We both walk over to the front desk and check the schedule to confirm who should be there. Matt Smith’s name is on the schedule. He is new, so maybe he’s just in the bathroom or something.
As we start to walk to the front door, Matt comes running in from the area of the yoga studio. We turn and see him going for the phone.
“Yes, I am calling from Steven’s Street Gym, we need the police please. Someone has vandalized one of our studios,” he begins. “No, I haven’t touched anything, I will wait and call the owners to come over as well. Okay, thanks,” he finishes and hangs up the phone.
