Jun sighs in relief and smiles, typing something on his phone. When his mobile lights up with a message popping up, he smirks. “He’s kinda cute. So easily embarrassed.”
Ella and I exchange another glance of disbelief. She links me.Did he just say he’s easily embarrassed? Our Dave?

I can notice how Jun looks flustered and a bit sad. “Unfortunately not.” He looks uncertain. “Do you think that’s a problem?”
What am I supposed to say to that? I had a casual relationship before meeting my mate, and so did Liam. I hate double standards, and although I feel protective over Dave as my friend, I need to allow him and Jun to make their own decisions. Jun has the right to date a bit, especially after everything he went through, and Dave has the right to have some fun too. “Just be careful,” I warn Jun.
