Later that evening the town folks walk around the town square to enjoy the Octoberfest celebration that takes place every year. The wonderful flavorful food booth, games, and custume contest is at full swing. The laughter and joy thunders through the town square celebrations.

Several of the town’s square stores remain open to take advantage of the extra sales. The bank is closed, but Sofia Rose is still working hard reviewing the last two weeks transactions.

Sofia looks up to look out the window at the town square, frowning.

I can’t fucking concentrate with the loud noise from the town folks. I can’t believe that I never noticed how popular the activities are.

She moves her hands to push back her black hair, frowning.

I don’t know what to think. I never thought about my purple hair being all that noticeable. Nobody every commented on it. Damn it!

He thinks that I dyed it but I don’t. It’s natural. I love it but Niko looked captivated!

I had the most difficult time restraining my feelings. I can’t believe how wild and alive my body feels with his nearness.

She moves her hand up to trace her soft red lips, closing her eyes, moaning.

His kisses are absolutely incredible. I’m on fire justing thinking of his kisses and how I feel in his arms. I don’t know why he claims that I’m his mate and yet he leaves. I still remember how furious he was with the information that he found. I can’t even concentrate on these tasks. I should give up and join the activities. I know that Liza and Andy are out having fun.

Sofia Rose pushes away from the desk, opens her beautiful clear violet eyes, and sighs. She moves up her hands, and pushes back her hair from her flushed face, walking over to the window to look out at the festivities.

She looks at the town square, at the citizens as they walk by, laughing. She leans her hot forehead against the cool window pane, sighing.

“Oh my, I see Liza talking to the Andy. I still can’t fucking believe that they’re mates!”

Okay, I’m going to close down because I can’t even think. I want a hotdog.

The full October moon rays stroke her face as she looks out into the town square. She smiles, grabs her hair up high, then releases it. It drops around her back. She turns, takes a few steps, and leans down to grab her purse. Then she walks over to get her coat. She walks down the bank’s hallway and out of the front door. She turns and locks the door.

Sofia Rose turns to look at the people as they walk and talk around the square.

Ah, there’s the hotdog cart and he has hot pretzels. Yeah, I love it.

Sofia Rose crosses the street and walks down the walkway, keeping her eyes on the hotdog cart. She nods and smiles at the Bartz bank clients.

“Evening, Ms. Nielsen,” says Doctor Mills. He smiles at her, hoping to talk to her.

Sofia Rose smiles, and nods. She continues to walk, not wanting to encourage him.

“Evening, Doctor.”

The little boy runs around her, trying to avoid getting caught by the little girl. She stops for a few minutes to avoid from getting knocked down. She smiles at down at the young body; her violet eyes shimmer.

“Sorry!” yells the young boy, running off.

The young girl chasing him runs around Sofia Rose, grabbing her waist to keep from falling.

“Sorry, lady!” yells the young girl, taking off after the young boy.

Sofia Rose smiles, shaking her head. She walks over the few steps to reach the hotdog cart. She places her order and waits, crossing her arms, looking up at the sky.

Sofia Rose hears the murmurs that the six planets have lined up in the sky, and she glances upward. The six lights shone brightly all aligned in a straight row.

Sofia Rose takes the hotdog and pretzel from the young man. She walks over to dress the hotdog and then she takes a hungry bite, closing her eyes.

Sophia Rose listens to the astronomy professor that stands a few feet away. He talks excitedly to the young teens that stand next to him. He has his telescope setup near the huge statue. The students look into the telescope to take a closer look at the amazing astronomical event.
