The door clicked open and Officer King walked in carrying five stacks of papers.

“Sign these releases and present them to the attendant at the end of the hall. Enjoy your evening.” He handed us each a stack and left through a secret door in the back of our cell, leaving the door wide open behind him.

I glanced down at the top sheet of paper. RELEASE FORM was at the top in big bold letters. I scanned it and it was exactly what I’d expected, so I signed the last page and stood up. This was going to be so much fun.

“Ready to go, girls?” I asked.

“I’m so confused,” said Ash.

“Just sign it. Page 15.”

“Is it a confession?”

“No. It’s a release form.”

“Oh, thank goodness. So we aren’t being charged for using fake IDs and then trying to seduce Officer King?”

“Nope.”

She let out a huge sigh. “Well shit, then let’s sign and get the hell out of here before they change their minds.” She flipped to the back and signed.

“I sign,” said Slavanka.

“Think your father will be okay with this?” asked Esme.

I nodded. “For sure. If he gives you any shit about it, just say I made you do it.”

She shrugged and they both signed too.

We took the signed papers and left our cell through the secret door.

This hallway was much different than the one we’d entered in. That one had been all linoleum and cheap tan walls and fluorescent lights. But this hallway…this was luxurious. It was all white marble and columns and candlelight.

“What the hell is happening?” asked Ash. “Did we get kidnapped after all? Because this hallway is definitely giving me drug lord mansion vibes. I prefer police station vibes over this.”

Ew, really? This was so much better. I needed to teach Ash a thing or two about high-end interior decorating. “No idea,” I lied as we turned a corner. We were finally here.

A woman in a tuxedo - complete with fancy white gloves - stopped us in front of two massive wooden doors.

“Papers, please,” she said.

I handed her the stack.

“Thank you very much.” She opened the doors and gestured for us to go through, bowing slightly in the process. “It’s my distinct pleasure to welcome you ladies to the Banana Party.”

Chapter 5 - The (Real) Banana Party

Friday, Sept 13, 2013

“I’m so confused,” said Ash as we stepped onto a lavish elevator lined with mirrors.

“Me too,” I agreed. “I thought for sure Officer King was gonna strip for us. He was giving me some serious big dick energy.” I fanned myself just thinking about him in that uniform.

“No, not that. I was talking about the fake IDs. And getting arrested. And then our jail cell having a secret door that led to a hallway that led to some random lady welcoming us to the Banana Party.” Then recognition flashed across her face. “Wait a second. You planned all of this!”

“Of course I planned this, girl. I told you we were gonna go to the Banana Party for my bachelorette party.”

“What the hell, Chastity! I was totally freaking out thinking that we legit got arrested! You should have told me it was all part of the plan.”
