Nicky shuddered when Jasper’s soft palm closed around him, tentative at first, and then with a breathtaking surety.

“See?”

Jasper stared at Nicky’s cock in his hand for a moment, andthen his face crumpled. He didn’t let go, but he reached up for Nicky, pullinghim down into a kiss and sobbing a little against his mouth.

“You’re so beautiful, so perfect.” Tears slipped out of hiseyes. “I’ve missed you so much.”

“Oh, Jazz,” Nicky whispered, heart hurting and his own tearsthreatening. He tucked his knees against Jasper’s side and humped into Jasper’sfist. “I’ve missed you too,” he whispered against the side of his mouth, licking his way in again.

The need in Jasper’s eyes drove him on in the burning heatof the slowly setting sun. They were breath and sensation, wild joy and fear, tangled together and moving toward orgasm fast.

Jasper broke the kiss, his hands gripping Nicky’s face. “I…I’mgoing to—” His eyes shone with tenderness as he whimpered, “Nicky.” His bodyjackknifed from the force of his orgasm, and Nicky held on to keep from beingthrown off. Jasper’s cry filled the air, echoing in the cove and ringing in Nicky’sears as hot, violent spurts of come slicked their stomachs.

“Oh my God, Jazz,” Nicky murmured. “Holy fuck.”

Jasper shook, his body quaking through aftershocks with hiseyes crunched closed.

Nicky gripped Jasper’s biceps and thrust down against him, climax rising up from his skin like goosebumps and tearing through him hard andfast, almost painful as his come pumped out, smearing with Jasper’s on theirbellies.

He pressed fevered, trembling kisses to Jasper’s mouth andeyelids. “Fuck, Jazz,” he muttered, shuddering as his cock pulsed again. Hedidn’t know what to say—couldn’t say anything more than Jasper’s name, touchinghis face and staring down into his eyes as they trembled together.

Jazz pulled him down again, lifting his legs to wrap aroundNicky’s waist, holding him tight. “Stay with me,” Jasper whispered. “Don’t letit be over yet.”

Nicky collapsed against Jasper’s chest, listening to Jasper’sheartbeat while the waves lapped gently on the shore.

Chapter Seventeen

NICKYALWAYS HATED THE PARTwhen the orgasms were over and things got awkward. He cleared his throat and collapsed on his back, staring up at the orange andpink sky. The sun was going down fast. They’d need to head back soon or riskbeing caught on the island overnight.

“Nicky?” Jasper’s voice was quiet. “Was I too rough? Did Ihurt you?”

Not yet.

“I’m fine.” He rubbed at his eyes and then scratched hiseyebrow with his thumb. “You?”

“Some bruises, maybe. This beach isn’t as soft as Iremember.”

Nicky lay limply, his brain scrambling for some kind ofpurchase, but he couldn’t get a grip on anything. What had they done? And whathappened now? He rolled his head toward Jasper, trying to gauge what he couldexpect next. Jazz had never been one for dramatics unless blood was involved, sohe doubted there would be gnashing of teeth, wailing, or rending of clothes, but a softly admittedthis was a mistakehad to be onits way. After all, sins didn’t get much bigger than a priest having sex. Gaysex.

But Jasper only gazed up into the sky with an amazed, stunned expression, which, as Nicky watched, softened into an irrepressiblygenuine smile. He turned his head toward Nicky, reaching out with one hand toslide over Nicky’s hip and stomach. “Hey, that was…you…” Jasper didn’t seem toknow what to say, and he laughed softly.

“Yeah.”

Nicky shivered under a breeze off the water. He wanted tonumb out the feelings rushing under his skin. They were taking him over. Hewasn’t sure he could breathe, actually, though the in-and-out of his breathdisputed that.

“Was that good for you?” Jasper asked quietly, looking atNicky out of the corner of his eye, a bashful expression falling over hisfeatures.

Nicky stared at him, not sure what to say. He wanted to sayI don’t knowbecause he had no idea how the word “good”could describe what happened between them. It was either motherfucking holy, orit was horrific, or both.

Jasper’s expression faltered. “I’m not very practiced.”

Nicky blinked at him and pressed his heels into the blanketbefore standing up and saying, “It was good.”

They put on their underwear in silence. As Nicky pulled uphis boxer-briefs, Jasper glanced over and gently asked, “Are you okay?”

“Yeah. I don’t know.” He brushed sand off his skin. “Ishould ask you that.”

Jasper considered the question and then said, “I’m okay. Butyou seem upset.”
