“I can’t feel her. It’s so dark and sinister out there. I’m always able to locate her. She has such a sweet, soft violet aura. I wonder if she’s far. We’ve never been separated before.”
“Babe, tell me more about being her Fair Guardian. Does it mean that you and Sofia Rose are fairies?”
Andy pulls her into his arms and runs his hands up and down her back.
His cell phone rings. He pulls it out of his pocket and presses the ignore button. He drops it back in his coat pocket.
I can’t talk to Niko. I need to learn all that I can to help my mate.
Liza looks at him and turns around to walk to her sofa. She falls onto the soft leather sofa and leans her face in her hands, crying.
Andrei’s cell rings again and he takes it out, frowning. He looks at the urgent message from Niko.
Answer the fucking phone. I need to talk to you because I made a decision that will change our lives!
“Fuck!”
Liza lifts her face, looks at him, raising her eyebrow. She leans back into the sofa, grabbing the soft pillow. She hugs it tight against her chest.
“What’s wrong?”
Andrei shakes his head, and walks over to the window to look down.
“Niko, has an urgent message. Let me call him.”
Liza nods and leans her head back, closing her eyes, trying to locate Sofia Rose.
I really need to do something and stop wasting time here with Andy. Right now is not the time for me to be all la la da la land. Geeze, I’m fucking up big time! Sofia Rose is my responsibility. I’m going to go out and search for her. I don’t think Andy will understand, but I have to locate my Princess.
“Yeah, Niko. Calm down. I’m here with Liza. It’s crazy here in Saint’s Grove. Did you hear the news?”
Niko walks around in his office, running his right hand through his hair.
“Fuck! What’s happening? Talk to me! Is Sofia Rose okay? I can’t feel her!”
“Niko, you need to get your stubborn ass over here! We don’t know where Sofia Rose is at! I know that Liza wants to run out to search for her. I’m here at Liza’s apartment.”
“Fuck! I’m there.”
Niko closes his eyes and teleports to the apartment complex’s first floor. He appears inside the front doors. He looks around and shrugs.
“Andrei, I’m on the first floor. What number is her apartment?”
He walks to the elevators and press the button, clenching his left hand.
“It’s the last apartment on the fourth floor!”
“Right, I’m there.”
The elevator doors open and he walks inside, ignoring the sexy pretty woman that smiles at him. Her dark brown hungry eyes move over him.
“Hey, gorgeous.”
Niko nods at her and leans over to press the number four before turning away. He closes his eyes, raising his right hand to rub his forehead.
Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! I should had stayed with my mate. I don’t know what the fuck I was thinking! Really? I can’t take another as my wife, not when I know that Sofia Rose is my mate. I’m going to talk to Andrei. Maybe he can marry a fairy princess. Maybe he can be the one to inherit and take care of the Bartz Dynasty holdings.
“Hell, you’re fucking rude! I don’t give a fuck how gorgeous you are! When you can’t be courteous and kind to a beautiful woman like me it only means that you’re an ass!”
